Quality and goodness without compromises

We think of the customer, right from the beginning

We make contracts with cultivators, we choose together the quality of corn to be planted. We only use GMO Free quality of corn.

We have personal quality growth controllers who ensure the correct process is taking place.

Our drying and storage center

Corn is collected once a year, only in Italy, then taken to our storage center to be checked by our quality controll team. Once we are satisfied with the quality, we put it into sylos where it is kept under controlled temperature for the whole year. We can therefore guarantee the quantity and quality required for the whole year.

A gluten-free dedicated plant

The new plant guarantes our customers products which are 100% gluten free, for that reason we apply strict and necessary procedure and we manufacture just gluten free products to avoid cross contamination.


The traditional method of producing cereals

We have chosen to stick to the traditional method of producing cereals, as they were first created 100 years ago in America, using just steam and water. 

As a result we offer our customers original, simple and heathy breakfast cereals.

Taste without compromise

Molino Nicoli aims to give to consumers who follow a Gluten Free diet a range of different products from breakfast to dinner. So we have invested in the new production plant of Frozen Pizzas, Biscuits, Pasta, Bread etc. they are all gluten-free but not taste-free.
