Muffin rustici con cioccolato, zucca e cereali

Uno dei più tipici dolci della tradizione americana proposti in una ricetta insolita, dove al fondente del cioccolato si abbina la dolcezza della zucca. Andranno a ruba!

STEP 1

Pulire e cuocere la zucca. Una volta cotta, schiacciarla con una forchetta per ottenere una polpa liscia e morbida.

STEP 2

In una ciotola sbattere l’uovo con lo zucchero. Aggiungere la polpa di zucca schiacciata, la farina, il latte e l’olio di semi, le gocce di cioccolato, i cereali Goal Chocolate sbriciolati e il lievito.

STEP 3

Mescolare bene e trasferire il composto in una teglia per muffin rivestita con i pirottini e cuocere per 15/20 minuti in forno caldo a 180°.

STEP 4

Sfornare, lasciar raffreddare e servire.
