Plumcake ai frutti rossi

Il più tradizionale e semplice dei dolci inglese nella versione con i frutti rossi. Una ricetta facile, anche per i principianti in cucina.

STEP 1

Mescolare nella planetaria (o in alternativa in una ciotola capiente) lo zucchero con le uova intere. Aggiungere poco alla volta la farina, la fecola e il burro ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente.

STEP 2

Aggiungete i semini contenuti all'interno della bacca di vaniglia, il lievito per dolci e i Cereals OK ai frutti rossi sbriciolati finemente. Se l'impasto non risulta sufficientemente morbido, aggiungere due cucchiai di latte intero.

STEP 3

Versare l'impasto in uno stampo da plumcake, coprire con lo zucchero e le mandorle. Infornare per 180° per 25 minuti. Servire con una tazza di cioccolata calda.
