STEP 1

Tritate grossolanamente il cioccolato fondente. Frullate i fiocchi d’avena e unirli a tutti gli altri ingredienti, fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

STEP 2

Lasciare riposare il composto in frigorifero per 12 ore.

STEP 3

Preparare delle sfere di circa 20 grammi l’una, posizionarle su una teglia da forno imburrata e schiacciatele leggermente, in modo da formare dei dischi.

STEP 4

Infornare a 180° per circa 15 minuti. Una volta cotti, lasciar raffreddare prima di servire.
