TO PRODUCE OUR POLENTA FIORETTO, WE USE ONLY CORN FLOUR GROWN IN ITALY, DRIED AND PROCESSED BY ARTISANS WITH A FINE GRAIN TO OBTAIN A DELICATE PRODUCT, SUITABLE FOR MAKING SOFT, FLUFFY DISHES THAT CAN BE EASILY COMBINED WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS SUCH AS SOFT CHEESES, VEGETABLES AND WHITE SAUCES.
POLENTA FIORETTO IS SUITABLE FOR ACCOMPANYING DISHES WITH REFINED FLAVORS OR FOR THE PREPARATION OF POLENTA PASTICCIATA, AS WELL AS BEING USED FOR THE PREPARATION OF EXCELLENT DESSERTS OR COOKIES.

For a softer polenta, add more water at the beginning of cooking.
If you prefer it firmer, extend the cooking time by a few minutes.
