WE DRY IT AT LOW TEMPERATURES TO PRESERVE ITS NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS AND NUTRITIONAL VALUES. THE SUBSEQUENT MILLING ALSO LEAVES THE GERM’S FOOD PROPERTIES UNALTERED. THE RAW MATERIALS, GUARANTEED “GLUTEN-FREE”, ARE USED WITHIN A DEDICATED FACTORY, THUS AVOIDING ANY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION, HARMFUL TO THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR ALLERGIES OR GLUTEN INTOLERANCES.
