STEP 1

Unire in una ciotola il latte, l'olio, l'uovo e il succo di limone. In una terrina, invece, unire le farine, il muesli, il lievito, mandorle e pinoli tostati e lo sciroppo d'agave. Mescolare grossolanamente tutti gli ingredienti.

STEP 2

Versare il composto nello stampo da 20 cm coperto da carta forno. Cospargere di zucchero e cannella.

STEP 3

Infornare a 180° per 1 ora a forno statico. Dopo 40 minuti abbassare la temperatura di 20° e terminare la cottura. Sfornare e servire calda con una tazza di cioccolata o caffelatte.
