Crumble di mele e cocco

STEP 1

Preriscaldare il forno ventilato a 180°. Lavare e tagliare a cubetti le mele, in una ciotola aggiungere del succo di limone per non farla annerire. Far reidratare l’uvetta in un contenitore con poca acqua tiepida.

STEP 2

Tritare grossolanamente i cereali, le mandorle e le noci. Unire l’uvetta strizzata, lo zucchero di canna e la farina di cocco. Mescolare bene e unire un cucchiaio alla volta l’olio, dosandone la giusta quantità ad occhio.

STEP 3

Suddividere i pezzetti di mela e il composto preparato in precedenza nelle diverse cocotte. 

STEP 4

Infornare per 15 minuti. Servire il crumble di mele e cocco tiepido.
