STEP 1

Cook the polenta following the instructions. Let it cool and cut polenta in small bites.

Place gluten free corn crumbs in a shallow bowl. Press both sides of polenta bites in the corn crumbs. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add polenta and cook 2-4 minutes until golden brown.

STEP 2

Add butter, cream, milk, Gorgonzola cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano and stir until the cheese melts. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer the polenta to a bowl and serve with the Gorgonzola cream.
