Molino Nicoli uses "gluten-free" corn, sourced from origin-controlled Italian sources, that does not contain GMOs.
Cous Cous is produced within a specialised plant, authorised by the Ministry of Health, in an area free from the risk of cross-contamination, and can be enjoyed safely by those who suffer from allergies or are gluten intolerant.
To prepare, bring water to the boil, add the same weight of couscous and leave to rest for 2 minutes then cook for 3 minutes on a low heat. Add a knob of butter or a spoon of extra-virgin olive oil to finish.
Enjoy our couscous with meat, fish or vegetables. For those who like a spicier note, we suggest you add a little harissa, a spicy red Tunisian sauce based on hot peppers. Enjoy!
