To produce our Polenta Fioretto, we only use pure corn flour grown in Italy, dried and processed with fine-grained by craftsmen to achieve a delicate product, suitable to produce smooth, soft polenta that is easy to work with other ingredients such as cheese, vegetables and white sauces.
Polenta Fioretto is also good when accompanying dishes with a refined taste or in the preparation of polenta pasticciata (mashed-up polenta), as well as in the preparation of delicious cakes or biscuits.
