Our flakes are made from selected raw materials, such as 100% italian corn, and produced through a slow traditional process that includes pressure steam cooking. This technique, also applied to our Multigrain range, preserves starch integrity, making the flakes highly digestible and capable of maintaining consistent crunchiness. Each flake, delicately rolled and toasted, reflects the authentic taste of cereals.

The range is available in conventional, no added sugar, organic, or gluten-free lines (the latter produced in dedicated facilities to ensure the total absence of cross-contamination).

The assortment includes several variants, such as: original corn flakes, frosted flakes, rice and corn multigrain, multigrain with bran or wheat, conventional bran flakes, and mixes enriched with granola clusters.

Rice represents one of the core cereals of our production, selected to offer maximum lightness and nutritional versatility.

After being steam-cooked, stabilized, and left to rest, the grains undergo an oven-expansion process to achieve natural crunchiness and high digestibility.

The rice-based range is available in multiple variants, including: classic natural puffed rice, cocoa-coated rice, rice crispies, and versions enriched with malt extracts or specific glazes.

Cereals are producede through a direct cooking-extrusion process and then shaped into unique and appealing forms and colors.

These semi-finished products are then coated with syrups, honey glazes, or chocolate, making breakfast both fun and flavorful.
Production takes place in our dedicated facilities to ensure uncompromising safety and quality standards.

The extruded range includes a wide selection of formats and recipes, including chocolate balls, honey or fruit-flavored rings, stars, multigrain extruded cereals, and versions with assorted coatings.

Co-extrusion represents the ultimate technological evolution of the extrusion process, employed for the production of filled cereals (such as the classic “pillows”).

The versatility of our systems allows us to insert sweet fillings, expanding the range into multiple variants: from classic cocoa and hazelnut creams to fruit fillings (e.g., strawberry or mango/banana combinations), through to cinnamon or unfilled versions.
